Data Deletion Instructions
At VIP Tech Consulting, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In accordance with Facebook’s platform policies and applicable privacy laws, we provide the following instructions for deleting your activity and data associated with our application.
How to Delete Your Data via Facebook
If you wish to delete the data our application has collected through your Facebook account, you can do so directly from your account settings by following these steps:
- Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, find and click on Apps and Websites.
- Find the VIP Tech Consulting application in the list of active apps.
- Click the Remove button next to our application’s name.
- A confirmation window will appear. Optionally, you can check the box to delete posts, videos, or events that the app posted on your timeline.
- Click Remove again to confirm.
Once these steps are completed, Facebook will notify us of your request, and we will proceed to delete your data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with our data retention policies.
Direct Data Deletion Request
Alternatively, or if you want to ensure that all your personal data (including first name, last name, phone number, email address, and location) is permanently deleted from our systems, you can submit a direct request to our support team.
To process your request, please send an email to hello@viptechconsulting.com with the following information:
- Email Subject: Data Deletion Request – [Your Full Name]
- The email address associated with your account.
- A clear statement indicating that you want all your personal data deleted from our systems.
Our support team will process your request and send you an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted. Please note that this process may take up to 30 business days.
